This is how the conversation went at the dinner table last night while we were eating sandwiches:
Aaron: Who took the garbage's out this morning?
Jill: Me
A: Who brought them in?
Gracie: Baby? (Picking up a little potato chip)
Carter: Me
A:Why was one can inside the other?
G: Baby!
J: You mean the little ones?
A: No, the big ones?
G: Baby, Wa Wa (rocking a potato chip like a baby)
C: It's easier that way. I only have to make one trip.
J: They are heavy, I can't believe you can lift one inside the other.
G: Baby (giving the potato chip to Aaron to rock)
A: Don't do that bud, I am afraid you will break them. Just make two trips. (all while rocking the potato chip/baby)
G: Da Da, Baby? (making sure he is still rocking the potato chip)
C: You are trying to hinder my creativity. Oh gross, I am eating paper. There is paper still stuck to my cheese! (you know, the little paper that separates the slices so they don't stick together.)
G: Da Da? Baby?
A: See, your creativity isn't hindered.
G: Baby, Wa Wa (as she eats the baby/potato chip)
Never a dull moment at our dinner table.

At least you have conversations at the dinner table...
Aaron is so patient! I do not know where he gets that from! I think Carter is the funniest kid ever!
I don't know what is funnier, the conversation or the thought of Aaron rocking a potato chip like a baby!
Did Aaron put his stamp on the foot of that potato chip like he did to Gracie?
And what is with all this creativity hindering going on at your house? Sheesh!
I miss those kinds of dinners. Babies/toddlers are so much fun and funny at the same time. We don't have those at our house anymore, unless they're visiting. :(
Ha ha great memories at the Johnson house!
Two blog posts starring Aaron, wow!
Give that girl a baby already so she will stop rocking her food!
Haha. I love Gracie. So funny.
