Merry "Freakin" Christmas

Saturday:

*Driving to Utah with three barfers: Gracie, McKinley and Chester
*Missing Johnson party because of barfers

Sunday:
*Took Chester to the Vet for life saving surgery
*Got to go to the best ward choir sacrament meeting
*Played in the snow
*Exposed all the Noorda family to the flu
*Picked Aaron up from the airport-WHEW!

Monday:

*"The Store" for some shopping and visiting with old neighbors and friends
*The kids went sledding at Troy and Kelli's
*Wrapping, wrapping and more wrapping
*The best Christmas Eve party ever! Thanks Grandma June!
*Exposed all the Johnson's to the flu

Christmas Day
*Santa found us in Utah!! Kids had a blast opening their presents.

*My Dad throwing up while shoveling snow, spent rest of the day in bed

*Carter trying to burn down the house down by putting his new sweatshirt on the space heater
*Gretta throwing up all day on her first Christmas
*Giving Jill the very sweater she had on
*Having so much fun with family opening presents, playing games, laughing and teasing

For the most part it was a great Christmas. The flu will continue forever. It has infected my Mom, Aaron and most of Aaron's family. Chester is recovering fine. His belly is full of staples, but he is the same naughty puppy he was before.

The one thing about this Christmas is that we will never forget it. This will be that one Christmas talked about forever.

Guess what I got?

Next adventure: New Years Eve Party!!! 6:30 Monday night. You are all invited. Just bring something good to eat. Happy New Year!!!

Merry Christmas Jill, Aaron and fam! It looks like you had quite an eventful Christmas this year. We has the same barfing problem at our house only it was a 24 hour thing!! Who knows, it may have been all the crap that we ate around the holidays! We miss you guys (and sorry we didn't run into you up there) and hope that you had a great time up in Utah--wasn't the snow so much fun! Evelyn had so much fun playing in it. Cute video by the way, what a fun Christmas holiday in spite of all the sickies!

I forgot to ask you what you got for Christmas and how Aaron is going to enjoy his present. I guess Wade got the same thing. Maybe they will see each other down there. I sure miss all you guys and I'm glad that you are all getting over the flu. I wish I was going to make it to your New Year's party but hopefully I will get to see you soon. Love and miss you guys!

THE APRON!!! Brings back memories - Ron's grandmother always wore one just like that. We should soooo make those for an enrichment project.

Happy New Year - word on the street is there will be a jumper there!

I was showing Venna your Christmas pictures and she was saying all of your kids names. Then I pointed to Carter and she shrugged. The little hussie put her hand on his knee, followed him around all Christmas Eve and she didn't even know his name!
