Jingles

Friday night we noticed a funny noise in Chesters tummy. It was a jingling sound. When I grabbed his tummy it sounded like a bag of marbles. It was really funny. Every vet I called said that if it went in it will come out. We decided to go ahead and leave for Utah. Our trip here is a whole other story, another post. Chester was in good spirits until we were about half way here. He started throwing up in the truck. This was exactly what the vet said was bad. He still had a cute little jingle noise when he ran or jumped. He was really getting with the season!! So, Sunday morning we took him to the vet. She came back in the room in a hurry and said that his temp was low and he was in shock, so they needed to give him IV fluids and watch him, she said they would most likely do surgery. To make a long story short, surgery, and 14 marble magnetix later, he is still at the vet. He will spend his first Christmas at the vet recovery from surgery. He had 9 of them in his stomach, 3 in his intestines and 2 in his esophagus. I knew he wasn't very smart, but come on. In all of this he has earned a nick name. JINGLES!!!
