Today begins the excitement of all the visitors that will be coming to our house for this weekends events. Beds are stripped, sheets in the washer, bathrooms scrubbed, but still my house seems to be a mess. How is it that you clean and dejunk and clean and organize and do laundry, and somehow it looks like you did nothing. Today the surface gets cleaned. Which is usually the only thing that gets cleaned at my house.
Last night as I lay awake in bed stressing over the events I counted, 6 Johnson's, 12 Noorda's, and 5 of us makes 23 people sleeping at our house!!! Now to some of you that may completely stress you out, but for me that means so much fun! The best part 8 nieces and nephews to play with. My kids have the cutest, funnest cousins ever! 3 days of playing in Aunt Jill's sandbox. I love every minute of it.
So, this is my last few hours of children in school to get things done. No workout for me today, well maybe tonight. I hope I get it all done, if not, at least everyone is sleeping in clean sheets right?

What a blast you guys will have the next few days. It will be a houseful, but lots of fun. 23 people - man, where do you put them all? You'll need a workout tonight just to get a break from all the chaos at your house! Enjoy your family :)
I don't need no stinking sheets! In that heat, and the fact that you keep your house at approximately 89 degrees, I'll be sleeping naked on the back porch.
That should also help keep any more visitors away for a long, long time.

Just think of it as a blessing not only to get to see your family but they will take your mind off your rapidly approaching triathalon. Oh sorry to bring that up!

What going on to bring all here? And Keli is going to be here and I didn't know to arrange a meeting?! Her blog cracks me up. I've been way too busy this week with my own reindeer games, so next time for sure.
