I had a few items I needed to get for our trip, and decided to stop at Target. I am so sick of Walmart. I pulled into the parking lot and being that I drive a truck had to park very far away. As I pulled into the spot I noticed a Prius parked out there too. I snickered a little because I do every time I see one. It was even funnier because her trunk was plastered with bumper stickers all with crosses and "Love Jesus". I thought that maybe it belonged to an employee because we were parked so far out.
I went inside, got what I needed, including a coke. I had just swam 1/2 mile, I deserved it. On my what out I was behind this old lady, and she was checking out her receipt. I thought to myself ,"I bet she is one of those difficult ladies". She insisted on walking right in front of me very slow, but I couldn't pass her because there were cars coming. You have already figured it out huh? She was the owner to the Prius. She loaded her stuff in her sticker covered trunk. I decided I would be nice and maybe make her day. I asked it I could take her cart for her. She mumbled "Yes". As I walked over to get it she said to me, "someone hit my car in this parking lot", then looked at my big truck. I was very nice and said Oh No. But I was looking and couldn't see any dent or even a scratch for that matter. I said well it wasn't me. She said,"I hope not". Excuse me? What I wanted to say to difficult POS Prius owner was "Take your own stupid cart, WWJD".
Then the best thing ever happened. She realized as she was walking around the car that what she thought was a scratch was really a seam where two pieces of metal met. There was an identical one on the other side. I did feel a little better. But what I really felt good about was reading the Love Jesus sticker as I was putting her cart away for her.

ha ha thanks for the laugh. Have a fun safe trip. LUCKY DUCKY
That situation never would have happened in the Walmart parking lot...
WWJD should now stand for "What Would Jill Do?" I think decisions would turn out quite differently if I followed that motto!!!
WWJJD?!! That totally cracks me up. I think people with Love Jesus stickers and such don't even think about that question.
Probably just a bunch of hippie tree huggers...No offense to any tree hugger blog readers. LOL.
oops extra "J" typo.
I love that you helped her with her cart. So awesome. But the fact that she couldn't even mutter a coherent "thank you", as she looked dead on at her Jesus stickers, so not awesome.
WWJD? JWDWJD. Get it?
What would Jesus do? Jesus would do what Jill did.
I kill me.
I'll never look at a WWJD sticker the same, I'll always think of What Would Jill Do? Thanks for always providing a good laugh when I need one.
Ha Ha Ha I love it! I love Keli's comment too. Have a ton of fun on your trip.
