Jitters

Today is exactly one month until my Triathlon. How am I feeling? Scared. I can't wait until the week before when I can just say, "I have done all I can and there is nothing left to do". My abs are killing me today from a brutal ab Pilate workout yesterday. If only my abs looked like the girl doing the workout. I don't think she has had 4 kids.

I can only do so much right? I feel ok about my run. My bike is defiantly my strongest, but that dang swim is going to kill me!! I hope I don't drown.

Here is to 30 more days of sweating. Ugggggg

I am so excited for you. Plus I think I want to do one. Where can I find more information on the one in September.

I think you'll do awesome - you're a great example to all of us. Just wear your new Modbe suit while swimming in the triathlon and everyone will stop to admire it and you'll pass them.

You know you'll be bestest friends with every single person in that triathlon by the end of it. You'll come in last just because you were talking too much. And good for you.

Good job...I wish I can say I have been working out. It has been to dang cold here to even ride my bike.

Good Luck. That sounds fun.

Jill,
I am proud of you! Mother of four and racing in a triathalon! You make me laugh, your abs probably look like 20 pounds tighter than mine! I have been working out every day to lose baby weight and I think it's effecting my milk supply. Anyone who develops self-discipline and takes care of their temple body is a good example to other women. I think it's great!

I like Heidi's idea of wearing your Modbe suit during the swim. You will be the most fashionable swimmer. I can't believe it's almost here. You'll do awesome!!

Hey, at least your doing it. That is the biggest accomplishment right there! You will do great, and so what if you come in last.... At least, that is what I keep telling myself. :)
