Gracie turned 3 on Saturday! She told everyone that she talked to that it was her Happy birthday! She actually thinks everyday is her Happy Birthday! She got an itouch. Her Dad couldn't decide between that and a cel phone, but she can't really dial.
Walk a Thon is over and I couldn't be happier. We made a ton of money for our school. The board has called an emergency meeting this morning to decide how in the heck we are going to spend that much money before the end of the year!! Good problem.
We also accomplished another big hurdle. Lani's wedding was Saturday. She looked beautiful and they worked really hard to make it very nice. It was really hard to see her get married and it made us miss Casey more than we ever have.
Yesterday the kids had the day off from school. We went to see Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief. It was so good! It is really hard anymore to see a movie that both Carter and Gracie are happy to see. She hated it. It was a little scary. Finally she covered her ears and fell asleep. I think that's the first time in a long time I have actually sat through a whole movie with her.
Finally, for those 5 of you who haven't heard; we are having a baby! It's coming in September. Wow! Shocking I know.

Yeah, Yeah, Yeah! I can't wait to see Gracie be the babies mom. You know she is going to be jealous...but she is also gonna be the mom!
Hmmm...I did hear that on facebook! Fun for you to have another baby. Maybe Carter will finally get a brother, although a sister/playmate for Gracie would be nice too. I can't believe she is three.

Also, I just realized today that your baby could technically be a boy. For some reason I was only imagining it as a girl because I'm so accustomed to the lots of nieces in the family! Haha Tyson laughed at me when I told him that.
Gracie needs a little brother, I decided. :)

That's funny that you got Gracie an iTouch - Tanner plays with my iPhone so much I've considered getting him one of those so he'll leave mine alone!
