Last Days of Summer

I know it probably has started to feel like Fall in most of the world, but it is still hotter than HELL here. So, I feel like I can still post about our last few weeks of summer.

We headed to Utah the last few days of July for my Dad's wedding. He got married on Aug 3. It was so nice.

Then we all piled into one tent and camped at Yuba. Thanks to Meg and Josh for the boat, we had a blast! I have to admit in my younger days I was a fantastic water skier. Wasn't sure the 10 pounds, and 9 years later would let me get up. Second try I was up and felt like old times. Except I could only do it for a few min. I was pooped! All the kids rode tubes or surfed. Even Gracie! We had so much fun. It got really windy, and we didn't hardly notice. We were having too much fun!

After cleaning out closets and rooms at my Dads, we finally decided to have some fun! We went to Hogle Zoo and Alpine Slide. We also did a little swimming with the Larsen girls.

But best of all, I got a new car!! I am so excited to be a suburban driver. Except it's a Yukon not a Suburban but whatever! So wave to me in my new car. It's different only because I don't think anyone I know has this color. It's not White!
