- Hiked Red Rock
- Went swimming in the sunshine! Yay for sun!
- Actually waited in line to see Hannah Montana at 12:01am. Super cool parents!
- Went to the library
Me on the other hand got a lot of workouts in. It is a lot easier to leave the monkey home and not have to ride with a trailer. Although it is so much harder and really good for me. We rode the Red Rock loop. 15 miles. 4 of which are so steep my lungs were burning, but about 12 miles of fun fun fun. I rode this loop a couple years ago and it was pure HELL. I actually threw up at the top. I am very proud of myself that it was as fun and easy as it was and I didn't even dry heave.

Looks like you had fun. Are we going to ride Red Rock this weekend? We probably don't have time. See you in a few days!!!
I hated every second of Red Rock, until the end when I could use my girth for some serious speed! I can't believe how buff you are. I hate you. See you soon!
Carter looks as tall as Aaron!!
I want to do the loop let me know next time you go.
more proof I can't even think of riding with you yet! Just the thought riding redrock makes me feel a little sick
Your last three posts were so fun to catch up on! I'm glad you guys had a great week :) See you at Brighton's wedding??
You are alive- so glad- I was getting worried!!!:)What a fun family trip!
I love the pic of Carter on top of the rock. I can't even fathom riding that loop on a bike, I think my legs would explode.
How was the Hannah Montana movie? Wondering if it's worth the money.
Been to Red Rock and hiked around. It was great. Biking it...Hmm I doubt it. I wish. You are totally awesome to do that stuff. What next? Maybe and half Iron Man?! :)
Love your new look.
