Pony Tails or Cub Scouts

A couple weeks ago I took my girls Easter dress shopping. 3 girls, one mom. I was totally out numbered. By the end of the day I hoped this baby was a boy so I could run to Kohl's and get him a tie and new shirt without any trying on or accessory buying.

I have put Pony tails in girls hair now for 11 years. Its something I could probably be done doing. Not that I hate to do it, I actually love doing my girls hair, but it takes a lot of time. One more pony tail in the morning would make me 10 min late to church instead of 5.

When Gracie was born I was convinced she was our last so my first thought was "whew, I am done with cub scouts. No more pine wood derby's, beads or cheesy cheers at pack night!" Carter is very close to his Eagle, so not only could I be done with cub scouts, but boy scouts too.

Tomorrow is my Ultrasound. In a way it frightens me. Tomorrow I will know the final make-up of my family. Weird. I will know if it's ponytails or cub scouts. Either way I am thrilled to have another chance at raising a child right. I feel like this is my third chance to get it right. Stay tuned......

So excited for you!!!

That's a hard choice, ponytails or cub scouts. WE all dread those pack meetings and making complete fools of ourselves while doing the watermelon cheer.

Either way what a great blessing for your family!

I'm excited for you to find out! I was a little down when I found out my last was a girl instead of a boy. I just assumed God would send them girl, boy, girl, boy. Now I couldn't imagine not having this third princess running around! Cub Scouts vs. Ponytails & Drama what a tough decision! Good thing someone else makes those decisions for us!
