I "borrowed" my Mom's salsa recipe before I left Utah. It is actually Luvera's recipe, Thank you, Luvera! But this particular recipe is written in my Mom's hand writing (no worries girls, I will put it back). It is the best salsa ever!! We only make it every other year so I needed to make a lot of it. Here are the pics.

Mmmmms right! Is it a secret family recipe, or can you share?
Mmm yum! Looks like you started a salsa sweatshop in your kitchen. Ola!
I think you have enought so you better send me some. For some reason I can't find the recipe!
Well aren't you the worlds greatest homemaker! My mom and I made freezer jam several months ago and I felt like a pioneer. A pioneer with a freezer...?
Mmmm... salsa!
You always make me feel guilty. Homemade bread, salsa? What else??
Don't put the recipe back, just make us copies of the card, and send them to us! Not that I will ever touch that many raw tomatoes, but I'm sure I could recruit a buddy to do the tomato part.
And no, 16 quarts will not last.
Not with you and Aaron around.
Hey how about sharing your moms recipe with me?

Hmmm, that pot of salsa looks awfully familiar!!! Thanks again for letting me make salsa with you - it is so yummy! Next time I will have to double my recipe too.
Looks soooo good! I'm still waiting to get enough red tomatoes to make mine. If you are sharing the recipe don't forget me!
I have tomatoes coming out my ears...The salsa recipe I used last year is yucky. I need a new one. So if you share I want it too. Although, after making 16 pints of strawberry freezer jam last night I might have to wait a few days to tackle salsa.
That does look yummy! I love this time of year...time for salsa & chips! I saw you in your truck a couple of weeks ago. You were turning onto 11400 S....I wish I could have gotten your attention!
