Oh Tannenbaum

My house smells of fresh pine this morning. I love real trees. I love Christmas trees in general. I have shaped 16 of them in the last 2 days! My hands are cut and dry. But it is all worth the glow in the kids eyes when they see a tree lit for the first time. Gracie definitely got the love of Christmas from my Mom. Even walking the Christmas isle at Target she is all a glow! All she wants to do when we walk in to Target or Walmart is "go to Christmas". She is right in the middle of any decoration while I put it up. I love it!

One of the things I love the most about Christmas is when you find the most perfect gift for someone. I also love to keep it a secret. This year I am overflowing with secret gifts. One I am especially excited for and it may be delivered bit early. Oh I can't wait!! I love it so much. So, happy Christmas decorating and good luck finding that perfect gift for the ones you love!

I miss having a little one around Christmas! They make it so much more fun. We can't wait to see Gracie again. She is all Cruz has talked about!

You always find the perfect gift for people - you definitely have the knack for it. I love the gift you gave me last year.

Did you get your real tree at Lowes again this year?

Jill, I think I must have done this christmas tree thing wrong my whole life cuz I don't have any idea what it means to "shape" a tree! And what in the world are you doing with 16 of them??? The best part of christmas definitely is finding the perfect gift for someone AND keeping it a surprise :)

I love that Gracie girl. Where is the picture of your tree? Did you get a tall one from Lamar?

Jill, I MISS YOU!! Dang I move away and you take my name off your blog, what's up with that?! Just kidding! Right now you are the only one that looks at mine.

When we decorated our tree my kids got a kick out of seeing the ornament you gave me last year.
Love ya, Camille

Well, now that I know what that "early" Christmas present was, I think you should do that every year! Thanks so much! I was literally speechless. I love you!
